Havilah & Asher Group is currently in a structured Phase 1 controlled commercial activation stage. The private digital platform, portal, marketplace, dashboards, document vault, payment gateway, analytics, notifications, and automated workflows shown or described are Phase 2 development previews.
They are not represented as live transactional systems, live payment systems, completed deals, active turnover, active members, or historical trading performance.
Phase 1 – Current Controlled Commercial Activation
Current Scope
Phase 1 may continue through approved commercial enquiries, sourcing, consulting, facilitation, direct client engagement, relationship-based business development, and selected buy-and-sell commodity opportunities.
Existing private contacts, JV relationships, and prospective clients or counterparties may be notified after South African banking and merchant account approval to update documents and prepare compliance submissions.
Estimated Activation
Subject to banking and merchant approval, selected Phase 1 commercial activity may commence approximately 30 to 60 days after approval, depending on client readiness, counterparty verification, product availability, documentation, compliance review, payment-provider readiness, and written confirmation.
Limited public applicants may be considered only where correct AML, KYC, CIS, identity, authority, source-of-funds, and supporting documentation is provided for review.

Phase 2 relates to the planned Havilah & Asher private buy-and-sell / trade marketplace, private client portal, dashboards, onboarding workflows, document vault, notifications, payment gateway tools, and future GTA-related services.
Estimated Rollout
Phase 2 access is estimated at approximately 6 months, or as officially published, subject to development completion, compliance alignment, banking readiness, technical testing, payment-provider approval, internal review, and written management confirmation.
