Construction
Havilah and Asher Group offers a wide range of construction services with experience gained from working in the offshore oil and gas business in other countries around the world. This is a major feature of Havilah and Asher Group’s overall contracting capability, which ranges form the supply of reimbursable construction management personnel to turnkey (EPIC) lump sum contracts.
Engineering
Havilah and Asher Group comprises of experienced designers of topsides and jackets, with the capability to liquidate over 350 000 man hours of multi-discipline engineering work yearly. The Engineering group is organized so as to offer flexibility, working either as a department or in dedicated teams. On a major project, an Engineering Manager is assigned to the team to establish and run the engineering organization.
Installation
Havilah and Asher Group have been active in offshore installation, hook-up and commissioning, engineering modifications, maintenance and operations support for 17 years, and are now firmly established as a market leader in the provision of these services to offshore oil and gas business.

Project Management
The composition of any project team is determined by the scope of work involved. Normally it would include Project Engineers, Lead Design Engineers, Procurement Co-ordinators, Site Managers, Planning Engineers, Cost Estimating and control Engineers, and Document Controllers, sometimes with a Project Services Manager to lead the latter three categories.
Quality Assurance
Havilah and Asher Group’s policy is to maintain and operate a formal quality management system which is applicable to all aspects of work and which meets the requirements of Part 1 of BS 5750: Part 1 1987 (ISO 9001:1987). This policy is implemented in El-Roi’s Engineering in-house Quality Assurance Department, led by a Quality Assurance Manager who has direct access to Havilah and Asher group General Manager
Maintenance
Havilah and Asher Group’s capabilities do not end with the hook-up and commissioning of offshore facilities.
